Our goal is NOT to make money off cancellations.
We simply want our clients to make sure they are only booking classes they actually plan on attending, or at least cancelling within the specified time period. Please be considerate of your fellow class members and do not overbook yourself or you will lose a credit or be charged according to the policy below.
Divine Body Studio has a 12 hour cancellation window.
For clients with the intro offer, a class pack, 4 class membership, or 8 class membership, if you do not cancel your booked class prior to 12 hours before the start time, you will lose a credit.
For clients with an unlimited membership, if you do not cancel your booked class prior to 12 hours before the start time, you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.
If you are a no-show, regardless of your membership type, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee in addition to losing your credit.
